Scierie Petit

Located in the heart of the french region of Picardy, the sawmill was founded by Pierre Petit in 1927 in the middle of a region renowned for it’s beech, oak and ash forests.

Since 1961 the company is managed by the Bès family and by Eric Bès since 1996.
We use around 20 000 cubic meter of logs a year.

The 80.000 hectares of surounding  national forest ensure a regular supply of quality logs to the sawmill.

All the wood supplied from national forests is PEFC certified.

We are certified by PEFC under number PEFC/10-31-333
