The Scierie Raboterie Lemaire is a family-owned company founded in 1957, specializing in the sawing of construction timber.

Operating across two production sites in the heart of the Vosges Mountains, the company is equipped with state-of-the-art technology, including an X-ray scanner to optimize sawing processes and a Goldeneye scanner to ensure product quality.

Artificial intelligence is used at every stage of production. This innovative technology enables full utilization of raw materials while reducing carbon emissions by 30% compared to a conventional sawmill.

With a team of 100 employees, the company has an annual sawing capacity of 300,000 m³, equivalent to 150 m³ per hour. Its machinery also enables an annual production capacity of 60,000 m³ of battens. In addition, the company is equipped with drying kilns, allowing it to offer a wider range of products, including lamellas and structural timber. The species used are mainly fir and spruce. We also saw pine, larch, and Douglas fir.
