About Monniot
Family-owned business founded in 1965, Monniot Sawmill produce white oak and other local hardwoods with precision and passion. Based in Brienne-le-Château, North-Eastern France, we process 15,000 m³ of white oak logs annually, sourced from the forests of Champagne and Burgundy.
Our expertise is supported by modern facilities: 750 m³ of drying and pre-drying kilns, sprinkler-stored logs to preserve quality, and 12 covered warehouses across 10 hectares, maintaining a permanent stock of 8,000 m³ of sawn timber. Committed to sustainability, we are PEFC-certified and carefully select each log.
With our team of over thirty employees, we practice a demanding craft where every step—from the forest to delivery—is meticulously controlled to ensure our customers receive the best quality.
Products & Services
We offer kiln-dried, air-dried, or freshly sawn wood to precisely meet your technical and aesthetic requirements. To ensure their integrity, our finished products are stored under shelter, while our logs are preserved using a sprinkler system, maintaining their quality.
