About Moulin
Established in Dunières (Haute-Loire) since 1916, Scierie Moulin is part of the family-owned Moulinvest group. With 110 years of expertise, we master the entire value chain “from Tree to Home.” Across a 15-hectare site, our 100 employees process over 400,000 m³ of local softwoods annually.
Our identity is built on sustainable forest management (PEFC certified) and technological innovation, providing high-precision products (sawing, drying, and planing).
Within the group, we operate in synergy with two other major subsidiaries:
- France Bois Imprégnés: experts for 80 years in outdoor wood treatment and the manufacture of utility poles.

France Bois Imprégnés specializes in outdoor landscaping and wood protection. Its extensive range includes decking, cladding, and planed timber, as well as robust outdoor solutions such as fencing, carports, trellises, and road equipment. The subsidiary is also an expert in manufacturing technical poles for power and telecom lines.
Moulin Bois Énergie completes this virtuous cycle by upcycling production by-products. It produces high-quality wood pellets, offering a natural, local, and efficient heating solution.
